Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the things I make if a personal/bespoke item is made I can't offer a full refund especially if I have ordered items in. (fabric)
All details must be discussed with the buyer and agreed before anything is made. I will not take orders via a 3rd party or through someone else.
If there are any issues I will happily repair at no extra cost and a voucher of good will maybe issued (this is at my discretion).

If you are really unhappy with the item I have made you I will offer you one of three things Repair, replacement or refund. You will not receive a full refund if the item is over 30 days old, been worn and washed, in this instance a repair will be offered.
If you change your mind about the item/s due to colour (would of been discussed and agreed before purchasing) or you just change your mind in general after the item is made and sent in law I can't offer a full refund. 
(screens can be different so therefore colours can look slightly different). 
You can cancel your order at anytime up until the item is  Cut ,once the item/order is made you can not cancel .
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that i have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (please give up to 14 days for this)
*Ready to go 
Items that are ready to go are pre made and ready to ship (shipping on Mondays -Tuesday if a bank holiday in the uk)
 There is a no return policy on the ready to go items as you see what you are buying before you purchase. please feel free to email me with any questions you may have in regards to sizing.
*What i offer/made to order
please select the item/s you require with your size and in the comment box proved your fabric choice and any additional information, this is what i have to work with so please provide as much information as possible so your item is made correctly.
*Turnaround Time 
Turnaround times is estimated at  on average 2-4 weeks this is a realistic time frame for handmade products, I will do my very best at getting your order out quickly and sufficiently, please also note that during busy times it may increase 6 weeks. Please keep and eye on the banner on the website for turnaround time
*Fabric stock
I hold a large amount of stock and a limited amount in each print. if for any reason there is an over sell i will do my best to get in more of the chosen print or offer something similar it is advised to maybe choose 2 prints to avoid disappointment.   
*Posting
I post orders once a week (Monday) all signed for and tracked ,if its a bank holiday i post on a Tuesday .



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sewstoppers@outlook.com and send your item to: Mrs. M Powell , 10 Ryton Road,Boston PE21 7QD United Kingdom.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mrs M Powell , 10 Ryton Road,Boston PE21 7QD 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Underpaid postage 

If you do not select the correct postage and are charged on receipt for your item I can not be held responsible for this. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
